Return Policy

Returns are accepted on unworn items with all tags attached within seven days of receipt of purchase for a store credit. Store credits are valid for one year. All sale items are a final sale. All special orders are a final sale. Please follow these steps when making a return:

- Contact Zoey Willow before returning the merchandise for a return authorization code.
- Write the return authorization code on the packing slip you received with your purchase.
- Package the item(s) and the packing slip securely and send back to Zoey Willow.
- Please note that if your purchase qualified for free shipping the store credit will be for the purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
